Salary: $3,000 – $3,900 per month
Location: Upper Thomson / Central Region, Singapore
We are seeking a Senior Executive / Executive, Business Office to support business office operations within a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient admission processes, billing administration, financial counselling, and supporting finance-related functions.
This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative and financial operations.
Manage the client admission process including bill estimation, client data collection, service agreement documentation, and deposit collection.
Create and maintain accurate client records within the organisation’s information system.
Handle client enquiries related to admission procedures, services offered, and billing matters.
Process payments received from clients via various payment methods including credit card, electronic payment, cash, or cheque.
Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records within the system.
Prepare and distribute monthly invoices to clients.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts when necessary.
Provide financial counselling and guidance to clients and their families regarding service fees and billing arrangements.
Address client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support the Finance team in administrative and financial processes where required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational improvements.
Assist in handling requests for facility visits and general enquiries.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Perform additional administrative duties or projects as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably 5 years of experience in business office, billing administration, or healthcare administration.
Experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare environment would be an advantage.
Experience supporting finance or accounting functions is beneficial.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
