About the Company

I am partnering with an established real estate asset manager to hire a Senior Finance Executive for its Singapore finance team. The firm manages a portfolio of real estate assets and offers strong exposure to property-level accounting, reporting, tax and asset finance matters.

Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts and supporting day-to-day finance operations across the real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare GL entries, accruals, provisions and month-end schedules
• Maintain full sets of accounts and prepare financial statements
• Prepare bank reconciliations and fixed asset registers
• Support monthly management reporting and budget vs actual variance analysis
• Review AP / AR matters, including invoices, payments, billings and receipts
• Prepare GST returns, income tax and deferred tax computations
• Prepare property tax schedules and support tenant recoveries
• Support cash flow management, fixed deposits and loan-related schedules
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree / ACCA in Accountancy or related discipline
• Prior real estate or property-level accounting experience required
• Prior experience in full sets of accounts and GL required
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet reporting deadlines
