Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Capital Operation

  • Coordinate the company's capital operation affairs, including but not limited to equity stake financing, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions integration, investor relations management, etc., and establish and maintain good relationships with financial institutions such as investment institutions, banks, and securities firms.
  • Lead the company's IPO preparation work (if applicable), engage with intermediary institutions (securities firms, accounting firms, law firms), standardize corporate governance and financial operations, and meet IPO compliance requirements.

2. Comprehensive Budget Management and Business-Finance Integration

  • Establish and improve a comprehensive budget management system, organize the preparation, review, issuance, and dynamic rolling forecasting of annual budgets, and ensure that budgets are closely aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Go deep into the frontline of business operations, collaborate closely with business units such as procurement, supply chain operations, central kitchen, and sales, establish an analysis framework for business-finance integration, and provide professional advice from a financial perspective for business decision-making.
  • Lead business analysis meetings, regularly produce multi-dimensional financial analysis reports (including revenue analysis, cost analysis, gross profit analysis, cash flow analysis, etc.), identify operational issues and opportunities, and drive business improvement.

3. Accounting and Financial Reporting

  • Coordinate the overall accounting work of the company, establish an accounting system that complies with accounting standards and listing requirements, and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial data.
  • Review consolidated financial statements, monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, and accurately reflect the company's operating results and financial position to management and the board of directors.
  • Coordinate with external audit institutions to complete annual audit work, ensuring that the audit report has an unqualified opinion.

4. Fund Management and Tax Planning

  • Coordinate global fund management, optimize the fund structure, improve the efficiency of fund utilization, and ensure the funding needs for the company's business development. Manage multi-currency funds pools to prevent exchange rate risk and liquidity risk.
  • Establish a scientific cross-border fund allocation mechanism to meet the business needs of overseas procurement payments, cross-border settlements, etc., and ensure the safety and compliance of funds.
  • Responsible for overall tax planning, in-depth research on international trade tax policies, cross-border transfer pricing rules, tax incentives in the food industry, etc., to reasonably reduce tax costs and prevent tax risks.
  • Maintain good relationships with tax authorities and handle tax audits and inspections.

5. Cost Control and Supply Chain Finance

Establish and improve a cost accounting system adapted to supply chain and food processing operations, including:

  • Procurement Cost: Import procurement cost accounting (including customs duties, Value Added Tax, international freight, etc.), procurement price analysis and monitoring.
  • Logistics Costs: Cost aggregation and analysis of international transportation, warehousing, and domestic distribution.
  • Production Cost: Fine-grained accounting and control of raw material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing expenses in the central kitchen.
  • Deeply involved in major business decisions such as procurement negotiations, logistics service procurement, and equipment procurement, providing cost estimates and financial feasibility analysis.
  • Establish inventory control mechanisms, promote the improvement of inventory turnover efficiency, and prevent idle losses.

6. Internal Control System and Risk Management

  • Establish and improve the financial internal control management system, formulate and refine financial management systems, approval processes, and authorization systems to ensure the standardization, security, and traceability of financial activities.
  • Identify and assess the financial exposures (credit risk, exchange rate risk, liquidity risk, compliance risk, etc.) faced by the company, and establish a risk early warning mechanism and response plan.
  • Coordinate with internal and external audits, promote the rectification and implementation of internal control deficiencies, and continuously enhance the effectiveness of internal control.
  • Strengthen integrity and anti-corruption mechanisms, establish systems such as rotation of key positions and anti-commercial bribery reviews, and strengthen compliance bottom lines from the financial end.

7. Digital Construction and Team Management

  • Drive the digital transformation of finance, lead the planning and implementation of financial systems (ERP, fund system, budget system, reimbursement system, etc.), and improve the efficiency of financial operations and the level of data automation.
  • Promote the deep integration of financial and business systems (Integration Of Business And Finance), achieving data homology and real-time sharing.
  • Lead and develop the finance team (accounting, treasury, tax, analysis, etc.), establish a stepped talent echelon, and enhance the team's professional capabilities and business understanding.
  • Develop a performance appraisal and incentive mechanism for the finance team to build a professional, efficient, and rigorous financial elite force.

Requirements:

  • Over 15 years of experience in financial management, including at least 8 years in core financial management positions in supply chain, logistics, trade, food production, or retail industries. Also has a deep background in cross-border business, with a profound understanding of international trade settlement, foreign exchange management, cross-border taxation, etc.
  • Experience in equity stake financing, debt financing, or M&A projects are preferred, and those who have led or been deeply involved in the entire process of IPO preparation (Class A Share/Hong Kong Stock/US Stock) will be given priority.
  • Possess experience in building a financial system (accounting, budgeting, internal control, funds, taxation) from scratch or from an existing foundation to a more advanced level.
  • Proficient in all modules including accounting, financial management, tax planning, fund management, budget analysis, internal control and compliance, etc., with solid professional foundation.
  • Proficient in international trade tax policies (tariffs, Value Added Tax, cross-border income tax), transfer pricing rules, and foreign exchange management regulations, with rich practical experience in cross-border tax planning and foreign exchange risk management.
  • Proficient in the composition of supply chain costs and cost analysis methods, capable of conducting refined cost control in procurement, logistics, and production processes.
  • Familiar with financial digital systems (ERP, fund system, budget system, BI analysis tools), capable of leading financial digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building trust and influence with various parties such as the board of directors, investors, business leaders, and external institutions.
