Job responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
• Lead and develop our existing recruitment team.
• Strengthen recruitment processes and improve hiring KPIs.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations and hiring managers.
• Support the HR Manager in driving HR operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Recruitment Leadership
•Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume industries such as F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or Logistics.
•Experience handling recruitment across multiple outlets or business units.
•Experience leading, coaching or mentoring junior recruiters.
•Confident in engaging, influencing and partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
•Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership towards recruitment KPIs and hiring outcomes.

Requirements:
•Well-rounded HR operations experience, including onboarding, confirmation, employee lifecycle management, contract administration and offboarding.
•Good understanding of MOM regulations, Employment Act, work pass administration and statutory compliance.
•Experience in HR reporting, manpower planning and HRIS.
•Payroll exposure is preferred. While this role will not be responsible for managing the full payroll function, you should possess sufficient payroll knowledge to support HR operations and provide backup where required.
•Minimum Diploma/Degree
