Job description

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior management and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business and patient care objectives
Support workforce planning to meet staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical functions
Manage manpower planning
Oversee employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Manage compensation structures, payroll oversight, and benefits administration
Support continuous professional development in line with healthcare standards
Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws, healthcare regulations, and licensing requirements (e.g., MOH guidelines)
Lead and develop the HR team, setting clear KPIs and driving performance
Hands-on in operations

Requirements:

Degree in Business / HR
At least 8 years of experience in HR generalist
Exposure in Healthcare / Interest in Healthcare will be a plus
