The Senior M&E Manager will have tocollaborates with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolvetechnical issues, conduct inspections, and support the successful delivery ofbuilding services systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, sanitary andplumbing, and vertical transportation

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for M&E services proposals for the projects encompassing assisting in feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design and requirement, budgeting, Opax projections, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.

• Review system performance optimisation, drive sustainability requirement, maintainability strategy and implementation.
• Source for operational automation opportunities and implementation.
• Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money.
• Assist in sourcing and procure M&E related consultancy services and contractors
• Support tender evaluation and execution of the projects.
• Review of BIM and check for coordination. Review as built BIM and OMM for post construction.
• Review and comment of contractors’ proposal, design, shop drawings and all M&E related documents.
• Implement Value Engineering initiatives to improve projects’ profitability.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests for M&E related equipment, trade demonstrations and mock ups.
• Lead, plan, control, organise and ensure the smooth completion of the projects and monitoring of building defects.
•  Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by the Management

Qualification,Skills And Experience

•  Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
•  Candidate should carry a proactive attitude.
• At least 15 years of relevant M&E working experienceswith proven leadership background with Developer, Main Contractor or M&Econsultancy
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPointand Excel). Green certifications (e.g., BCA Green Mark, LEEDProfessional) will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, planning, communication skills andgood interpersonal skills are essential
