Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Home Appliances)
• Position Title: Senior Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and carry out marketing plans that support the company’s business objectives, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
• Manage the marketing budget, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, and report campaign results with clear ROI analysis.
• Set marketing budgets and targets, and develop pricing strategies for products and services.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with industry partners, agencies, vendors, and potential business partners.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications across organic and paid channels, including content creation, paid campaigns, events, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Work closely with design agencies and support new product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights that help improve products, services, and market competitiveness.
• Create useful and engaging content for the company’s website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
• Support the Product Development team in product licensing, acquisitions, and accreditations with relevant agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
• Provide feedback on product quality and service matters to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and oversee PSI preparation, updates, and finalisation.
• Work closely with the sales team to analyse sales forecasts, monthly and annual sales performance by dealer and product.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the home appliance industry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned marketing tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and business associates to support work requirements.
