What You'll Be Doing:
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve independence in daily living and functional performance
• Prescribe and recommend adaptive equipment, splints, and assistive devices where appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home management strategies
