Job Description

Define and setup Job flow in Control-M across multi-platform systems( Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows)
Check daily job scheduled and liaise with Vendors on incidents and problems related to Control-M
Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized adhoc requests
Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control-M upon escalation
Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients
Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues
Flexibility and Availability to work for production support during early morning/late evening/ night hours and weekends

Job Requirement

Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT related field.
One must have Control-M Workload Automation / Job Scheduling hands-on experience of at least 1 to 2 years; preferably Version 9.x
Experience in using Control-M utilities for AS400 , Mainframe , Open system (Unix and Windows) platform
Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
Operations support and monitoring
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
Willing to extend work on weekends as and when required
