Support the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficient use of resources and smooth service delivery.
Work collaboratively with a fellow operations partner to ensure the effective day-to-day functioning of the polyclinic.
Assist in supervising the operations team to support service excellence and quality patient care.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of operational strategies, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and service standards.
Work closely with clinical, nursing, and allied health teams to facilitate coordinated healthcare services.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Interest in operations planning, analysis, and process improvement.
Experience in healthcare operations or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
Ability to coordinate with and support team members in achieving operational goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Able to work a 5.5-day work week, including Saturdays.
