• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap, translating concepts into impactful features that enhance user value.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products efficiently from ideation through launch.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to refine features and improve overall user experience.
• Coordinate and lead UAT alongside QA teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and business requirements.
• Advocate for customer needs by analyzing feedback and performance data to continuously enhance the product.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate relevant innovations to maintain product competitiveness.

• Diploma/ Degree holder in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably within technology or mobile application environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, applying agile methodologies where appropriate.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and data-oriented, with the ability to derive actionable insights for product optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and Confluence is an advantage.
