Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, value propositions, and positioning for the services portfolio, highlighting customer outcomes, ROI, and competitive differentiation across target markets and customer segments.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new service launches, bundled offerings, and pricing initiatives, ensuring successful commercial execution and market adoption
• Equip sales and channel partners with effective marketing collateral, competitive insights, ROI tools, and training while supporting upselling, cross-selling, and strategic customer opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and win/loss reviews to identify market trends, refine service offerings, and influence future product development.
• Drive marketing initiatives that enhance customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion through targeted campaigns, success stories, and value-driven communications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Service Delivery, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on product strategy, launch readiness, and consistent market messaging.
• Monitor service portfolio performance, evaluate commercial effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements in product positioning, service design, pricing, and customer experience to support sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business
• At least 8 years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing, preferably with services or recurring revenue offerings
