• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive quotations and manage tender processes for construction projects
• Handle pre-contract and post-contract documentation to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), carry out measurements, and compile progress claims to support cost tracking and reporting
• Work closely with the Project Manager on additional project-related tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
• Use CAD software, BIM tools, and MS Office to prepare accurate project documents and support project operations

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential property projects
• Proficient in CAD software, BIM, and MS Office applications
