• Up to $7,000 Basic+ Bonus
• 2 openings/ Permanent positions / 5 workdays/ Boon Keng or Paya Lebar area.
• Having QS tendering experience in MRT/ PUB projects is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contract manager and involving in HQ tenders projects
• Responsible for all work related to building Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.
• Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
• Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.
• To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts
• Variation order or EOT claims
• Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in building construction projects is preferred
