We’re passionate about creativity, quality, and results, and we’re looking for a skilled sales professional to join our journey, focusing on driving revenue for our B2B services - Content Marketing, Corporate Portrait Photography, Corporate Video Production, and Corporate Events coverage.

Role Description

As a Senior Sales Associate, you hold an important role as the front-line driver of growth for White Lens. Your mission is to connect White lens with organisations/corporations in Singapore that can benefit from our services, and turn them into clients. Your goal is also to build strong, lasting relationships between White Lens and our clients. You will work closely with our Director and creative team to understand our services and communicate our value to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in creative services, production company, or marketing agency)

  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong hunter mindset

  • Proven strong sales track record

  • Resourceful and having a network of marketing / communications / PR professionals is a plus

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong knowledge of our services and market trends

  • Analyse our pricing and promotion with competitive analysis

  • Advise potential clients on how our services and solutions will benefit them 

  • Convert provided leads (website, email, and WhatsApp enquiries) into our clients.

  • Source and develop cold leads through outreach on various platforms, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with the Director to deliver accurate proposals, quotations, and pricing.

  • Actively source for new project tenders / ITQ from tender platforms such as Gebiz.

  • Develop a CRM system to keep track of outreach, leads, customer enquiries, and closed leads. 

  • Build a closed-loop customer retention system and procedures to increase recurring clients. 

  • Reports to and have periodic meetings with the Director for statistics reporting and strategy discussion.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and targets for higher commissions and bonuses.
