  • Position : Senior Sales Executive

  • Location : Tuas (company transport provided at various MRT pick up points)

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Transport Allowance ($1,500) + Commission + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research

  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and customers

  • Support management in preparing business proposals and distributorships

  • Lead and support sales activities, including joint sales visits and direct selling

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions

  • Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales proposals

  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM

  • Review sales performance and submit regular reports

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and market share

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience required

  • Possess own vehicle is preferable
