Working pattern: 3 shift
Location: Queenstown

Salary: Up to 6500

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ICU patients
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including ventilated cases
• Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment (ventilators, monitoring devices, oxygen therapy)
• Assist in procedures (e.g. intubation, bronchoscopy) and manage airway devices
• Recognise and respond to patient deterioration and emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in ward rounds
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery
• Act as Nurse-in-Charge when required and mentor junior staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing preferred
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Has prior clinical experience, preferably in ICU
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
