As part of our Wealth Management team, you will work in an office-based environment and primarily connect with customers through tele-consulting. You will support customers across different stages of their financial journey — from beginning their investment plans to preparing for the future and protecting their financial wellbeing. Your role is to provide guidance and recommend suitable solutions through meaningful conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage customers through tele-consulting, as well as virtual and face-to-face interactions, to understand their financial needs and provide support.
• Connect with new and existing customers through structured outreach, prospecting activities, and advisory conversations.
• Convert leads into advisory appointments through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
• Build and grow a customer portfolio by developing trusted relationships and delivering suitable financial solutions.
• Understand customers’ financial goals, life stages, and priorities to recommend appropriate banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager and team to support business plans, achieve KPIs, and drive growth.
• Participate in customer engagement activities, including events, roadshows, and outreach programmes to strengthen relationships.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, market awareness, and communication skills while working towards personal and team goals.
