Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business team, distributors/end customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Coordinate workflows and information so heavy equipment and delivery details reach customers on time.
  • Oversee daily service operations, resolve on-site issues, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with existing customers and handle their enquiries and feedback.
  • Work with engineers and mechanics to follow up on service calls and job deliveries.
  • Coordinate daily internal operations and movements.
  • Continue liaising with existing customers, managing their enquiries and feedback.
  • Be responsible, committed, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with management, the team, and customers.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in service operations coordination
  • Experience with heavy equipment (e.g., reach stackers, crawler cranes, excavators, trucks, forklifts) is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of business objectives in service operations.
  • Able to deliver high service standards by balancing resources, prioritizing service requests, and managing customer satisfaction/returns.
