We are seeking a Safety Officer with a background in Electrical Engineering to maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards across our site operations while supporting the contracts team with project documentation, tendering, and cost estimation.
Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies on site to ensure full compliance with regulatory and project standards.
Site Inspections & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
Contracts & Tendering Support: Assist the Manager in reviewing, preparing, and handling general M&E contracts, tender documentation, and safety submittals.
Cost Estimating: Prepare initial budget costs or estimates for safety resources, equipment, and contract variations as instructed.
