Role: Solution Architect (Banking)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 20 years of expertise in delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Supply Chain Finance. The ideal candidate will lead modernization initiatives, drive cloud adoption, and design scalable microservices-based architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead architecture design for private banking and financial supply chain systems.

  • Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Drive modernization of legacy systems into microservices and cloud-native platforms.

• Technical Leadership & Governance

  • Conduct design/code reviews and enforce technical standards across teams.

  • Mentor developers and provide architectural guidance to cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Performance & Optimization

  • Implement performance optimization strategies during design and development phases.
