• 44 hours per week
• 12-hour rotating shifts:
• 7:00AM – 7:00PM
• 7:00PM – 7:00AM
• Monthly rotating AM / PM shift schedule

🩺 Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in assisted living and nursing care settings
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures accurately and safely
• Monitor residents’ vital signs, health conditions, and overall well-being
• Perform wound care, clinical assessments, and follow nursing care plans
• Coordinate with physiotherapists, care associates, doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care
• Respond to residents’ clinical needs and escalate medical concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and clinical records
• Support daily ward operations and ensure compliance with healthcare and infection control standards
• Assist in guiding and coordinating daily care activities within the ward environment

✅ Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Fully registered Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in long-term care, community care, or eldercare settings preferred
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to interact with elderly residents
