We are a well-established kidney care provider in Singapore, operating multiple community-based dialysis centres for over 20 years. Our focus is on delivering safe, reliable, and compassionate renal care, supported by a team of dedicated nurses and healthcare professionals. Work location: Bedok / Serangoon

Working schedule: 5 days work week

• Rotating morning/afternoon shifts
• Sunday permanently off

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care & Dialysis Procedures

• Perform nursing assessments and ongoing evaluation of patients’ clinical conditions.
• Carry out the full dialysis process: initiation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and termination of treatment.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and infection-control compliance for dialysis machines and equipment.
• Respond appropriately to patient complications and provide necessary interventions.

Patient Education & Support

• Provide patient and caregiver education (e.g., diet, access care, self-management).
• Offer emotional support and encourage rehabilitative progress.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Documentation & Centre Operations

• Maintain accurate nursing records, treatment charts, and incident documentation.
• Uphold safety, infection-control, and quality standards.
• Contribute to smooth centre operations, stock management, and workflow efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Min. NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Relevant renal or dialysis experience preferred
• Training provided for candidates without prior dialysis experience
