Supply Chain Procurement Executive (Logistics /3PL /Warehousing)

Job description

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing requests, RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase order issuance.
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, and documentation while supporting basic cost negotiations.
  • Ensure accuracy of requisitions, approvals, and procurement records in line with internal processes.
  • Track order status, follow up on deliveries and payments, and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
  • Support vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and maintain proper documentation and reporting. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain environment.
  • Familiar with sourcing processes, vendor coordination, and PR to PO workflows.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP/procurement systems.
