All sushi food products prepared in compliance under standardized recipes and portion volume

Participate in the preparation of ingredients and menu items

Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well as the work surfaces according to the hygiene and cleanliness standards

Know, master and apply the standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Reporting to outlet in charge

Able to stand long hours

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time

Company can sponsor food hygiene course - but if leave company before confirmation then need to reimburse back

Have annual increment & bonus ( depends on staff and company's performance)

Provide medical and workplace insurance
