About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities to help clients identify and hire suitable candidates. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen profiles, arrange interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, and enjoys building connections while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Understand hiring requirements and shortlist suitable candidates based on job fit
  • Conduct initial phone screening and assess candidates’ suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients / internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Support mass hiring, overseas hiring, and other recruitment campaigns when required
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the team to meet hiring targets and business needs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • CEI Basic Certificate will be an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or sales-related roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Passion for recruitment, people engagement, and business development
