Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs across various functions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.

Requirements

  • Open to candidates with interest in sales and talent acquisition skillsets; training will be provided for those without prior experience.

  • Possess strong communication, organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

  • Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
