Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Head to lead a team. This team focuses on new initiatives or business for the bank. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the commercial banking products, Cross Border transactions, and open to new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• To build, lead and manage the business unit in growing and maintaining of relationship with Corporate and Medium Enterprise customers.
• Be responsible for sales and performance target.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful new business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking Credit Sales.
• 5+ years of experience in team management, with a proven track record of driving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
