Job Description

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of relationship managers to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and increase wallet share within the assigned market segment.
Actively manage and grow a personal portfolio of high-net-worth or key corporate clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and exceptional service.
Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and ensure seamless client experience.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client acquisition, and revenue generation to senior management.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, often alongside team members, to provide senior-level support and expertise.
