We are looking for Technical Business Analyst to join one of the government agency!

• Part of the key member to deliver projects/products to achieve a common goal of shaping assessment through technology by bridging assessment tech innovation, robust business operations
• Attractive salary package and employment benefits (up to 24 days leaves + medical insurance)
• Hybrid work arrangement

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business teams to elicit business and agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods such as interviews, workshops, process modelling, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Apply design thinking / service design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with government’s technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG tech stack)
• Work with business teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Ensure product/system readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and exam operations
• Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems(operations management)
• Assist the business team to identify new opportunities and problems to solve for the agency’s digital transformation
• Build deep knowledge of agency’s business and operations and identify opportunities to support the transformation of agency’s business / operation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years in technical business analysis roles with strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps
• Good understanding of cloud-based applications and familiar with AWS (S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EKS, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Splunk, or similar) for log analysis
• Hands-on experience working in Agile approach on Product-centric teams
• Proficiency in code review tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and quality gates will be an added advantage
