What you'll be doing

• Win and grow your own client portfolio in the tech space
• Run end-to-end recruitment — perm and contract, across any industry
• Build your own niche and market position
• Own your revenue, your relationships, and your desk

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 5-8 years of 360 tech recruitment experience, with hands-on involvement in both business development and delivery
• Proven track record of winning and managing your own clients
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore hiring market is essential
• Self-sufficient, commercially driven, and ready to take full ownership from day one
