- Part-time / Full-time

- Up to 8 hours per day - Flexible Part-time / Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to provided leads to introduce services/products (Training will be provided)
  • Build rapport with customers and handle basic enquiries
  • Record call outcomes and update customer information accurately
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support ad hoc duties when required

Period:

  • Part-time / Full-time  

Working Hours:

  • Up to 8 hours per day - Flexible Part-time / Full-time  

Salary: 

  • Up to $13/hour + Commission

Location: 

  • Keppel South Central

Requirements:

  • No experience required; training will be provided
  • Prior telemarketing / calling experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking over the phone
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
