Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical

Support therapists in delivering speech, occupational, and physiotherapy services through clinical, administrative, and operational duties. Assist with therapy sessions, prepare clients and equipment, maintain safe therapy environments, and oversee junior therapy assistants.

Key Highlights

  • Assist in individual and group therapy sessions
  • Prepare clients, materials, and equipment
  • Support assessments and track session updates
  • Maintain therapy spaces, inventory, and infection control
  • Supervise and guide therapy assistants

Requirements

  • Relevant Healthcare Support certification
  • ≥3 years Therapy Assistant experience (OT exposure a plus)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy
