• Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management Service
• Position Title: Truck Driver
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM; Sat 8AM - 12PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport & Trip Allowance + Sign-On Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company truck to collect and transport waste.
• Follow all traffic rules and drive safely when operating company trucks.
• Follow all required rules for transporting regulated liquids/chemicals safely on public roads.
• Follow anti-littering laws. Use suitable approved containers (such as bins and drums) to keep waste secure during transport.
• Ensure all containers (bins, drums, etc.) are properly secured to the truck before moving off.
• Perform basic daily checks and simple maintenance on company trucks.
• Keep track of truck maintenance and/or inspection schedules and inform the Supervisor at least 2 weeks before the due date.
• Keep track of Road Tax and/or Vehicle Insurance expiry dates and inform the Supervisor at least 2 weeks before expiry.
• Support waste collection at clients’ premises.
• Support unloading, sorting, and storing waste.
• When carrying out the duties above, follow all workplace safety rules and safe work practices.

• Hold a valid Class 4/5 driving licence with a safe driving record.
• Experience with prime movers, vacuum trucks, or flatbeds is preferred.
