About Puppy Diary  |  关于小狗日记

Puppy Diary (小狗日记) is a Singapore platform where puppy parents find trusted advice on caring for their dogs and can purchase the accessories and services they need — all in one place.

Key Responsibilities  |  主要职责

•     Design and continuously improve the UI/UX of the Puppy Diary website and platform — ensuring a clean, intuitive, and delightful experience for puppy parents.

•     Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on platform flows.

•     Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features, landing pages, and campaign pages.

•     Maintain and update website content, banners, and product pages in a timely manner.

•     Provide day-to-day web support — troubleshoot bugs, resolve display issues, and coordinate fixes with developers.

•     Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across all platform pages.

•     Support the team with design assets for campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.

What We're Looking For  |  任职要求

•      2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or a related field.

•      Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.

•      Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, Webflow).

•      Strong eye for detail, layout, and visual consistency.

•      Able to manage a flexible workload and handle competing priorities calmly.

•      Passion for dogs and genuine care for the puppy parent community.
