Job Scope
- Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters
- Support the coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements
- Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally
- Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience
- Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and escalate when required
- Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams
- Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements
- Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
