Job Summary

Join a growing team as a Production Operator, performing manufacturing, assembly, and packing of cosmeceutical products while ensuring quality standards and supporting smooth fulfilment flow.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cosmeceutical products daily by following standard instructions to meet production and quality targets
  • Perform basic quality and functionality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards
  • Pack finished products accurately and prepare them for shipment
  • Pick and prepare materials from the warehouse to maintain continuous production flow
  • Identify production issues and suggest practical improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace to comply with safety and quality standards
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines consistently during all tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and team members to support daily production operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or higher education is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes
  • Ability to perform simple formula calculations and follow instructions accurately
  • Detail-oriented with a responsible working attitude to ensure product quality and workplace safety

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working in regulated or structured manufacturing environments
