Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end MSSP SOC operations across multi-tenant and internal environments
• Oversee incident response, escalation management, and client communications
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and service quality metrics
• Manage team resources, capacity planning, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and clients to define SOC requirements and solutions
• Manage vendors, licensing, and budget planning
• Design and evolve the SOC operating model, architecture, and service offerings
• Own and drive SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and XDR strategy and roadmap
• Evaluate, pilot, and onboard new cybersecurity technologies
• Ensure scalable detection and response capabilities across multiple customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MSSP SOC leadership
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
• Experience in cloud security monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of detection engineering and threat modelling
• Experience in automation and process optimisation
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred
