Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), to ensure optimal protection and performance.
• Assist in the identification, investigation, and resolution of security incidents, providing first-level troubleshooting and maintaining accurate incident documentation.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and manage patching activities to mitigate security risks and maintain system integrity.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required logs, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Partner with IT, network, and cross-functional teams to implement security controls and support day-to-day operational needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of security procedures, incidents, and the overall cybersecurity posture.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity maintenance or IT security operations.
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers across Day 1 (implementation) and Day 2 (operations/support) activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge in Container Security and Key Management, Cryptographic are advantage.
