Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement and category strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement roadmap.
• Manage procurement planning, budgeting, spend analysis, and supplier evaluation initiatives.
• Lead tendering and sourcing activities including RFI/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, contract evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Manage procurement activities for CAPEX and OPEX projects, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and timelines.
• Oversee Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to ensure efficient procurement execution and ERP utilization.
• Manage supplier contracts, variation orders, and supplier performance improvement programs.
• Support project teams in procurement planning, budget preparation, and Final Investment Decision (FID) activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, supplier management, and operational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of procurement experience, preferably within process, industrial, EPC, infrastructure, or heavy engineering environments.
• Strong experience in contract management, tender execution, supplier negotiations, and procurement operations.
• Hands-on experience managing CAPEX procurement and large-scale project purchasing.
• Good knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract frameworks, variation order management, and Quantity Surveying (QS)/Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement process improvement initiatives.
