Job description

Description of Duties:

  1. Facilitate registration for required training programmes and change-related initiatives
  2. Consolidate and maintain training records across various competency domains for reporting and analysis purposes
  3. Support the setup and tracking of structured learning programmes for new employees
  4. Provide operational support for internal staff engagement sessions and company-wide meetings


Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma in any course
  2. Competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  3. Familiar and comfortable with digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Forms, MS Teams, SharePoint, Kahoot...etc.
  4. Able to start immediately
