The individual will be assisting in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by ensuring smooth and efficient handling of inventory, orders and shipments and keeping a safe and tidy working environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and checking of all goods, making sure they’re stored in correct locations

· Order Execution: Preparing orders for delivery according to company guidelines

· Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment

· Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment safely, following company’s protocols

· Safety Compliance: Follow company’s safety standards and guidelines to minimize risks and avoid workplace accidents

· Any other duties assigned by direct report

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

· Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving goods, and standing for extended periods during the course of work

· Previous experience in a warehouse would be a plus

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Forklift certification is a plus, but not required

Other information

· Mon – Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am – 1:00pm)

· Transport provided at Yew Tee / Admiralty MRT Station
