Warehouse Manager

Your main roles isundertaking daily Operation in Warehouse, Logistics & Oversee Purchasingduties. Control Purchasing Department and ensuring Goods are well receivedtimely and correctly accordance to PO issued. Month / Year End Stock takevariant and reports submission to Manager timely.  Excellent communication skills in Team Workto create a good Warehousing environment for the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations
3. Ability to SETUP a Warehouse for Raw Materials, Finish Goods, Inventory Items (SKU) with good systems records In/OUT.
4. Understand all products use in the Organization. 
5. Re-Organize Storage Compactors to keep SKU items or daily requires items instead of Dead Stock.
6. Ensure proper storage, organization, and safety of goods.
7. Manage Year End Stock take for Warehouse and records goods at subcon factory for External Auditor.
8. Maintain Company ISO for Purchase and Warehouse management.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
10. Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
11. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
12. Conduct Mid and Year End Stock take with accurate quantity in system vs actual.
13. Team Management
15. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, leave Approving and performance evaluations and leave approval and non approval.
16. Schedule shifts and manage workforce to meet operational needs.
17. Promote a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.

1. Safety and Compliance
3. Enforce safety policies meets in warehouse Operations especially Forklift Safety Usage and Operating.
4. Upkeep of Forklift & Reach-Truck in a clean manner with routine wash and maintain of Good Use. Schedule Servicing and Preventive measure.

1. Logistics Coordination
3. Liaise with Customers or HQ for Goods Delivery or collection ensuring materials collected timely for production.
4. Upkeep all Transports vehicles in a clean manner with routine wash and maintain of Good Use on Road and Personal Safety. Eg- Tires well maintain, Inspection routine schedule, Servicing of Vehicle..etc.
5. Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility.
6. Reporting & Documentation
8. *Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and incident reports monthly to management. Before and After Pictures.
9. Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
10. Process Improvement
12. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
13. Utilize technology and tools to enhance warehouse efficiency.
14. Budgeting & Cost Control
16. *Monitor warehouse expenses and seek cost-effective solutions.
17. *Manage inventory procurement and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Warehouse Management.
• Ability to manage warehouse Team Members.   
• Proficiency in Microsoft. Eg- Excel ,Words & PPT
• Singaporeans or PR
