Job description
- Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing and costing
- Preparation of budget and budget control
- Competent to interpret the tender drawing, specification and contract documents
- Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors
- Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ, post tender budgeting and ensuring cost control during construction period
- Preparation of progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Quantity take off from drawings
- Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders

Requirements:
- Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of related working experience in Singapore/Malaysia.
- Familiar with steel structure work and building work.
- Familiar in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural and steel joinery works is an advantage
