Job Description
• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
• Tender Government Projects
• Prepare quotation, sourcing for quotations
• Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost
• Measuring of Quantity take off from drawings
• Carry out site valuation
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30am to 6pm)
• Start Work Immediately

Administration, AutoCAD, Cash Flow, Civil Engineering，Construction，Cost Control，Estimates，Microsoft Office，Negotiation, Pricing。Procurement, Team Player, Quantity Surveying, Souring, Tendering, Valuation
