Candidates must have basic accounting knowledge, willing to travel within Singapore and able to communicate (speak and write) in both Chinese and English. JOB DUTIES: 1. Conduct monthly timely field visits (twice a month per stall outlet) to retrieve, back-up and update the biometric attendance data records for food stall outlets’ staff salary calculation purposes. 2. Manage the suppliers’ database. Besides contact information, gather their master price lists to ensure invoices received are based on accurate pricing and do price comparison for supply of items by similar categories. 3. Coordinate with other co-workers in tallying the accounting records and issue payment vouchers accordingly. 4. Check that the proper billing is completed for issued payment vouchers and reflected in respective PandL statement of individual stall outlets / company. 5. Liaise with suppliers for monthly invoice statements verification and release of cheque payment after funds arrangement is made. 6. Take initiative to provide advice to stall outlets in costs-cutting measures after seeking green light from manager / director. 7. Maintain proper records and compile reports of the maintenance/ repair / upkeep / acquisition of cooking equipments / electrical appliances / tangible assets at stall outlets. 8. Update and keep track of all contract agreements signed, including deposits paid (to landlord and suppliers) for stall outlets’ premises rental and credit purchases/ supplies under our company’s management. 9. Assist in documents filing in a systematic manner. 10. Complete bookkeeping work using MS Excel, MYOB software and any other accounting software program required by the company. 11. Prepare and analyse monthly profit and loss statements for individual stall outlets. 12. Provide good customer service and aid in fostering strong relationships with co-workers stationed at the stall outlets, with the objective of helping them to increase their sales turnover. ...
