This terms and conditions apply to the entire contents of Job-Q.com domain ("WEBSITE"), including emails sent out by the WEBSITE

1.1 Job-Q.com does not make any representation or act on behalf of neither job seekers nor employers. Job-Q.com publishes the information as posted by job seekers and/or employers ("USERS") as is, and is not liable for verification of accuracy or correctness of any information posted by the USERS. All visitors of the WEBSITE are responsible to justify the suitability of the WEBSITE
1.2 While Job-Q.com endeavors to ensure the operability of the WEBSITE, there may be times when the WEBSITE fails to provide the services due to technical difficulties such as server problem, network outage, etc. (black out). In such event, Job-Q.com's responsibility is limited to providing substitution of purchased service with equivalent nominal value to the purchased service in the black-out period. This only applies to purchased services and does not apply to any promotional services that is provided free of charge or spending of credits that is gained without incurring cost to USERS, including (but not limited to) promotional free-credits, etc.
1.3 Job-Q.com reserves the right to revise any content of the WEBSITE, as well as this terms and conditions whenever deemed necessary, and does need need to request any consent from USERS. Such updates will take effect immediately as it is updated in this page.
1.4 Any agreement or letter signed by authorized representative of Job-Q.com may supersede this terms and conditions wholly or partially. The item(s) which is(are) superseded should be stipulated explicitly in the abovementioned agreement or letter.

2.4 Job-Q.com accepts no responsibility or liability for the use by any agency, employer or other third party of any CV about you forwarded to any agency, employer (whether by Job-Q.com or you) or to any third party which comes to your attention directly or indirectly through your use of this WEBSITE.
2.5 By using the WEBSITE you consent to Job-Q.com monitoring and storing the information provided, which may include IP addresses of USERS, along with the contents of any email.

3. LINKS

3.1 Job-Q.com does not control external sites that may be reachable from this WEBSITE ("EXTERNAL LINKS"), users are advised to apply due diligences prior to accessing such links. Job-Q.com does not endorse EXTERNAL LINKS unless explicitly specifies so
3.2 Anyone may link into the WEBSITE subject to following condition:

(b) Do not in any way imply that Job-Q.com is endorsing any products or services other than its own

Job-Q.com uses your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy from time to time and you consent to the use of your information in such way.

6. LOSSES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Data transmitted electronically via internet medium may be intercepted before reaching its intended destination or accessed by unauthorised third parties and may be exploited unlawfully by such third parties. Job-Q.com does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of such third parties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damage resulting from third parties' interception of or access to data of whatever nature related to usage of the WEBSITE
