Jobs Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and clients; manage enquiries and provide timely support across daily investor servicing activities.
• Handle trade processing queries, callbacks, investor reporting and static data maintenance while ensuring agreed service standards are met.
• Coordinate with Transfer Agency, Trade Processing, AML/KYC and other operations teams to investigate and resolve client and transaction related issues.
• Support client onboarding, new fund launches and mandates; coordinate operational requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements and strategic projects to improve investor servicing and operational efficiency.
• Review work completed by junior team members and represent the team in client, auditor and internal stakeholder meetings.

Job Requirements

• Must have experience working within Investor Services / Transfer Agency teams in a Fund Administrator or Fund Services provider.
• Strong knowledge of investor servicing, trade processing and Transfer Agency operations.
• Prior experience in a client facing role with direct investor or fund client interaction.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills.
