Working hours:

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week

Marine Parade/Pasir Ris/Tampines/Punggol/Bedok

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at the health monitoring station based on the roster. Involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at the health monitoring station
