Job Descriptions:

  • Assisting with patient registration and front-desk reception
  • Arranging and updating patient appointments
  • Facilitating referrals for specialist consultations
  • Handling payments and responding to patient enquiries in a professional manner
  • Managing patient feedback and ensuring issues are addressed or escalated appropriately
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication to support a positive patient experience
  • Rotating duties at the Health Monitoring Station, including taking patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure measurements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels
  • Able to start as early as 6.30am on certain days
  • Willing to commit for at least 1 year
